Gaining

Week 3 update

Not a ton of change in week three, especially compared to the changes I experienced from the last two weeks, but still a bit. I bought new pants because my old ones fit when I was 130, were snug when I was 140, and are now extremely tight. The new pants are 3 sizes up, and they are already getting kind of tight. A few of my smaller shirts are tight now as well and they are starting to outline my little potbelly. The other day I went to swim and could barely pull my old swim trunks over my ass and belly lol. I have not received any comments from anyone except for my partner, who’s told me I’m looking softer and healthier. Working out is definitely not as easy, and even the small amount of weight I’ve gained has made exercising a lot more tiring.

I haven’t been drinking any cream this past week, as I’m doing 2 weeks on 2 weeks off cycles, and I really miss drinking it. It’s crazy how addicting it got during those two weeks for me. I really can’t wait till next week and I can get back to drinking it. I’ve still been stuffing and hitting calorie surplus goals, but it’s way harder to hit those numbers without the cream. My next goal is to do 4-5 cups spread throughout the day, with 75 ml of olive oil in the morning and night. Also considering 1/2 cups of peanut butter, but well see if I can handle all that.

I have not yet experienced any of the “delayed” gaining effects of the cream yet, and because I did feel pretty significant effects during the 2 weeks I was drinking it, I’m begging to believe I may have already gotten the effects of my first cycle. However, most people say it creeps in about 2 weeks after you stop drinking it, so maybe there is still hope!

Weight is pretty much the same as last week, I’m hovering around 150-153. After a big all day stuffing I was up to 156.8 (my highest weight ever) but I went all the way down to 150 the next day so we are fluctuating quite a bit.

Looking forward to getting back on the cycle, we’ll see if I can hit 200 by the end of august!
